Pet Policy

Breeze Hill is pet friendly! We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is an additional deposit of $500 per pet as well as an additional monthly rent of $50 per pet. Max weight is 35 pounds. Breed restrictions apply* / breed mixes are not permitted at a Sunrise community, with the exception of certified service or companion animals. Contact the leasing office for more information.
